optima compact monoblock

Frameless air handling units used in supply and exhaust mechanical ventilation systems. Designed units are the main element of any ventilation system. They ensure continuous distribution of fresh air, that is previously heated in the heat recovery block by the exhaust air stream. In OPTIMA COMPACT MONOBLOCK units units regenerative rotary  cross flow and counter flow exchangers are responsible for heat recovery. 

OPTIMA COMPACT MONOBLOCK is a convinient plug and play solution, with integrated control panels. The devices are factory wired and configured so after installing them in the building, connecting the ventilation and power ducts, they are ready to run.

INTENDED PURPOSE

OPTIMA COMPACT MONOBLOCK devices are designed for installation in industrial and service facilities, residential buildings, public facilities, including healthcare facilities. They are used for typical comfort ventilation applications.

– OPTIMA COMPACT MONOBLOCK WITH CROSS FLOW EXCHANGER: 800 ÷ 31400 m3/h.

SPECIFICATION

Compact dimensions.

Control panel design and casing:

– frameless (self-supporting) construction with high thermal and acoustic insulation,

– sandwich-style cover panels , consisting of a metal sheet and filled with mineral wool

– fixed and removable panels, doors filled with mineral wool 60 mm thick,

– 120 mm frame (optional version 80 mm).

High efficiency heat recovery exchangers – minimum 73% (in accordance with EU Commission Regulation No. 1253/2014).

Energy-saving fan units with variable speed control – built-in electronic control or frequency converter.

The control panels are equipped with factory integrated automation.

Device wired, with  first start-up and initial settings configurated in the factory – AHU ready to use!
