In the past most of sacred buildings and churches were built without any heating. Nowadays, progress, increase of people’s awareness and needs made it common to equip those facilities with air handling units. Choosing a solution in such case can be challenging, because the project often involves an object of specific design. For example, traditional churches usually are quite massive, high, and with specific acoustic, designed to spread well the sound. Furthermore, the air handling units in sacred building should be very economical and as quiet as possible, not to disturb people. Very important is also that the heating and ventilation systems are well controlled, so they do not affect the historic elements.

As Clima Gold we participated in some very interesting projects and our devices can now be found, among others, in Chapel of Pauline Order’s Monastery and the Pilgrim House at Jasna Gora in Czestochowa, Monastery of the Benedictine Sisters in Jarosław and Convent of the Discalced Carmelites in Czerna. We are especially proud that we could help the Benedictine Sisters of Jaroslaw, who organized a large-scale money collection to renovate their Monastery, donating one of our OPTIMA type units.
