We are pleased to inform you, that in due to the development of the company, dated 03.01.2016 r., there was a change of the legal form of the Clima Gold (formerly Sp. J. Wojciech Bielański i Joanna Bielańska), headquartered in Rumia, on: Clima Gold Sp. z o.o.
Changing the legal form does not affect to continuation of the business, nor the validity of previously concluded agreements.
The Company retains it’s previous address, NIP, REGON and bank account number. Only KRS number has been changed.
